Return
You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. You can choose a refund (via the original payment method) or a store credit. Items that are in "promo" can simply be returned. With « outlet » items you will receive a voucher in exchange.
Exchange
The fastest way to exchange your product is to order a new product today and return the original product. This way you will receive your product quickly and there is less chance that it will be sold out.
Returning
How does this work?
1. Send us an email to info@mundo-melocoton.com with the reason for your return.
2. We will then send you an email with a free return label.
3. Mark the products you want to return on the packing list that you find with your order and include it in the package with the items you want to return. Attach the return label to the properly sealed package.
4. Take your package to the nearest postal point.
